nbalee Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the nbalee platform, including visitors who have not registered an account, registered members, and any person who places a bet or wager through the platform.

1.2 nbalee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on the nbalee website. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by the nbalee Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be issued from time to time. In the event of a conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an active nbalee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

2.2 You may hold only one registered account on the nbalee platform at any time. If you are found to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — nbalee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts without prior notice.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if they change.

2.4 nbalee may require you to submit identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nbalee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your nbalee account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. nbalee cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been obtained by a third party, you must notify the nbalee support team immediately at [email protected]. nbalee will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

3.4 nbalee employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform transactions and optional two-step SMS verification for account login. You are strongly encouraged to enable two-step verification to protect your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 nbalee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payments made via any other channel will not be accepted and may be returned subject to deduction of any applicable processing fees incurred by nbalee.

4.2 All payment transactions must be conducted using accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your nbalee account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a breach of applicable Bangladeshi financial regulations.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the nbalee cashier section at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at nbalee's discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the nbalee FAQ. nbalee does not guarantee the time at which funds will be credited to your external payment account, as processing times may be subject to factors outside nbalee's control.

4.5 nbalee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or series of transactions that appear unusual, disproportionately large, or inconsistent with the player's known account history. During such review, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.

4.6 Player funds are held in accounts segregated from nbalee's operational funds. Your account balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 nbalee may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion at the time it is made available.

5.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms.

5.3 Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses using duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and account closure.

5.4 nbalee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to a player's account, the player will be notified and any bonus balance at that time will be removed. Real-money balances will not be affected by bonus cancellations.

5.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has never previously held a registered nbalee account. Attempts to circumvent this requirement by creating new accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

6. Game Rules and Sports Betting

6.1 All casino games offered on the nbalee platform are governed by their respective game rules as published by the originating studio or provider. In the event of a conflict between nbalee's general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules prevail for matters directly related to that game.

6.2 All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the statistical long-run average and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session or bet.

6.3 Sports betting markets, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events, are subject to nbalee's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change before the start of an event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance apply.

6.4 In-play bets accepted after the relevant event, score, or outcome has already occurred due to a data feed delay will be voided and the stake returned. nbalee shall not be liable for any delay in transmission of live data.

6.5 nbalee reserves the right to void any bet, cancel any market, or withhold payment where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, manipulation of any sporting event, or exploitation of a pricing error. Evidence of such activity will be reported to the relevant sporting authorities.

6.6 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day across all sports markets. Current payout limits are available in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbalee platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party;

7.2 nbalee employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activity. Any player suspected of engaging in prohibited activities may have their account suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

10.2 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nbalee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. nbalee will not pay out winnings resulting from a technical error that produced an incorrect outcome.

10.3 nbalee shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any other loss arising from technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, server downtime, or third-party payment processing delays.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbalee's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.2 nbalee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unverified identity, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, nbalee will communicate the reason for closure where legally permitted to do so.

12.3 Upon permanent account closure by nbalee for cause, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13.1 If you have a complaint regarding the nbalee platform, you should contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.

13.2 nbalee aims to acknowledge all complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to resolve them within five (5) business days. Complex complaints may require additional time, in which case nbalee will provide a progress update within the five-day window.

13.4 Disputes concerning the outcome of a bet or game must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using the nbalee platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
